In short…
- No user data is collected through the website, other than what users themselves send by email.
- We do not use cookies or trackers.
- We do not log the IP addresses of visitors to our website.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the owner of this website, whose full details are given in the Legal notice.
2. Data processed, purposes and retention periods
2.1 Data processed
The website has no forms. The only personal data processed is what users voluntarily provide when writing to the email address given on the site: their email address, their name if they give it, and the content of the message.
2.2 Purposes
- Contact: the email address provided will be used solely to answer the questions raised.
2.3 Retention
- Contact: the data will be deleted once the question raised by the user has been dealt with and answered, unless the conversation leads to a professional relationship, in which case it will be kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal periods.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing the data provided is (i) the consent given by the user when sending their message and (ii) the legitimate interests of the data controller in responding to that message.
4. Recipients and disclosures
Data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except as expressly required by law.
No international data transfers are planned. The website is served through hosting and font providers that may process the visitor's IP address in order to deliver the content, without the Owner accessing or storing it.
5. Exercising your rights
Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data or object to it, in which case it will be kept only for the exercise or defence of claims.
To do so, users may write to the email address given in the Legal notice. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Should you wish to exercise the right to data portability, the data will be provided to the new data controller.
