These terms govern the use of the website joseconstela.com (the “website”), which the Owner makes available to users. They are intended to meet the obligations set out in Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of its terms of use.
Through the website, the Owner gives users access to various content, services, information and data (the “content”): the Owner's CV, technical articles and links to the Owner's own and third-party projects.
Anyone who accesses this website becomes a user and undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other legal provision that may apply. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using this website.
The Owner reserves the right to change any information that may appear on the website, with no obligation to notify users of such changes in advance. Publication on the website shall be deemed sufficient notice.
3. Liability
The Owner accepts no liability of any kind arising from information published on the website where that information has been tampered with or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
The website may redirect you to content on third-party websites. Since the Owner cannot always control what third parties publish on their websites, the Owner accepts no liability for that content. In any event, the Owner undertakes to immediately remove any content that may breach national or international law, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to the website concerned and reporting the content in question to the competent authorities.
This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, it can be expected to work correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Owner does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The website, including without limitation its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the Owner or, where applicable, is used under a licence or express authorisation from its authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Whatever the intended purpose, full or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation always require the prior written authorisation of the Owner, unless the content expressly indicates another licence (for example, code published under open-source licences). Any use not previously authorised will be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the Owner and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. The Owner acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply that the Owner has any rights or responsibility over them, nor does it imply any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the Owner.
To make any comment regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any of the content on the website, please write to the email address given at the beginning of this document, in the section Identification of the owner.
5. Conditions of access and use
